В завис-ти от условий работы домен. печи расход п. г. в дутье при выплавке чугуна изменяется от 50 до 130 м3/т чугуна, что вызывает снижение уд. расхода кокса на 10-19 %. Эквивалент замены кокса природным газом составляет от 0,8 до 1,6 кг кокса на 1 м3 п. г.
